Intergrated Report And, in August 2014, in EY's Excellence in Integrated Reporting Awards 2014, Illovo's 2013 Integrated Annual Report was ranked in the "Excellent" category from the universe of South Africa's top 100 companies listed on the Johannesburg Stock Exchange. The survey process captures over 94% of the JSE's market capitalisation and provides a good representation of current standards of reporting in South Africa, using the Consultation Draft of the International (IR) Framework as the basis for the markplan. This considers the guiding principles and content elements that appeared in the Draft Framework, and also considers the extent to which the Framework's Fundamental concepts, such as an explanation of the business model and how value is created, have been incorporated into the integrated report. Emphasis has also been given to the Framework's recommendation that the information should be presented in a clear, concise, connected and comparable format.
